First Choice High Performance Network & Mississippi Physician Care Network offers an array of services, all of which are in place to help provide assistance to the
consumer. The following services are available:

Physician Nominations
We are always interested in accepting your physician
nominations.
By nominating a physician, you give him or her the chance to become part of our
network of preferred providers. Once nominated, we will contact the
physician and he or she will be sent a pre-application packet to fill out and return to our offices.

Customer Service
We are available to assist in employee education sessions and communications efforts. Brochures and educational pieces
from the providers, coupled with employee presentation sessions are very helpful. Our role can be as extensive as you wish.
